Walk to the beach
Mid’s Park is located on Oostendelaan, between Middelkerke and Raversijde. The beach lies behind the dunes, literally 50 metres from your terrace. The promenade, the casino, and the terraces of Middelkerke are just minutes away. Shops and restaurants can be reached in four minutes, and Ostend in ten. For those who want to leave the car behind: the coastal tram stops nearby, and Ostend-Bruges Airport is five minutes away. You can see everything on the map on the Location page of midspark.be.
For those who don’t know Middelkerke yet: it is a seaside resort for all seasons. In summer, the promenade is buzzing; in winter, you can walk along an empty beach with the wind in your face. The Vita Krokodiel swimming pool and wellness centre are nearby, and for children, there is De Kegel X-treme with bowling and karting.
Three property types, each with its own garden
You can choose from three types, each with a private enclosed garden, a terrace, and a storage room:
- Dunes House: 4 people, 2 bedrooms, entirely on the ground floor. Compact and bright, with a green roof.
- Polder House: 6 people, 3 bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs, two on the upper floor under the gabled roof.
- Fisherman’s House: 6 people, 3 bedrooms, with a mezzanine on the upper floor. Inspired by the coastal beach cabins.
Each home features a heat pump, solar panels, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. You choose the finish yourself: floors, kitchen, and bathroom are finished according to your needs.
Buying as it should be: pay upon handover of the keys
This is what makes Mid’s Park different from most new-build projects:
- You only pay upon completion. No advance payments during construction.
- Full ownership. The land and the house are yours, without a ground lease or expiry date.
- Rentals are permitted. Enjoy it yourself whenever you want, and rent it out when you’re not there.
