What time can you check in and when do you have to leave the house?
Check-in is from 3 PM. For check-out, you have until 10 AM. If check-out is after 12 PM, an extra night will be charged. Tenants departing on Sunday can drop the key in the mailbox at the reception.

Are pets allowed in the park?
Unlike many other parks, pets are allowed. To maintain this in the future, it is necessary that animals remain on a leash. Pets are prohibited in/around the swimming pool and on the sports fields. The owner remains responsible for any damage or injury to a third party, as well as for all excrement produced. People who violate these rules may be denied access to the park. All pets (max. 2/house) must be reported at the reception.

Where can we park the car?
Each house has a parking space with the same number, one car per house is allowed in the park. If there are multiple vehicles, they can be parked in the visitor parking area. If this is full, you can park the car outside the park. It is strictly forbidden to park the car in another house’s parking space, on the plot, on the roads or green areas. In case of violation, a warning will be given first, if necessary the vehicle can be towed away.
Where can we dispose of waste?
You can obtain the correct garbage bags at the reception. You can deposit these in the designated bins located in the park. Glass and paper are sorted and can be thrown in the container.
How do you get the deposit back afterwards?
Any extra costs (sheets, pets, electricity and gas) will be deducted from the €200 deposit afterwards. The deposit will be refunded to your account within 14 days and after inspection of the property. In case of theft, the entire deposit will be withheld.
