HOUSE RULES ZEEPARKEN

ARRIVAL

Every tenant must report to reception upon arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you arrive after 5:00 PM, please notify the office. For check-out, you have until 10:00 AM; in case of late check-out after 12:00 PM, an extra night will be charged. Tenants departing outside office hours should leave the keys in the agreed-upon place. Please inform us about any damage in your holiday accommodation. If you have a complaint, please inform us within 6 hours after arrival.

METERS

Only the responsible person from the office is authorized to take readings of electricity and water meters. Consumption of electricity, gas, and water is included in the price.

PARKING

Only one car per house is allowed on the premises. Each house has one parking space with the same number as the accommodation. Other vehicles must be parked in the designated visitor parking area. It is strictly forbidden to park in parking spaces belonging to another house, on the plots themselves, on the roads, or in green areas. In case of violation, a warning will be given first; if necessary, the vehicle will be immobilized or towed away.

WASTE

Always ask for information at your park’s reception. Waste is either processed by a private company or you must use the relevant municipal bags. Municipal bags are available for purchase at the reception. They must be securely tied and deposited in the designated areas. It is forbidden to deposit glass in plastic bags or at waste sites. Glass should be deposited in glass containers and paper in paper containers.

TRAFFIC

A speed limit of 10 km/h is allowed in the park for all vehicles. The posted traffic signs must be respected.

NOISE

Noise must be avoided, including sound from music systems, loud barking of dogs, etc. Two-wheeled motor vehicles must turn off their engines when entering the park after 10:00 PM. For cars, the engine must be turned off immediately upon arrival at the parking space. In general, noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM. We also ask those who leave early in the morning to do so with respect for sleeping neighbors. Please do not slam car doors. During the day, lawn mowing is allowed.

PETS

Pets (max. 2) are allowed in the park but must be kept on a leash. Pets are strictly forbidden at the swimming pool, sports fields, and children’s playground. The owners of the animals are in any case responsible for any damage or personal injury to third parties and for removing waste caused by their animal. All pets must be reported at the reception. Removing dog excrement in the park and garden is also mandatory.

DAMAGE – VANDALISM

Damage must be reported to the reception as soon as possible. Only the manager or his replacement is authorized to assess the damage. In case of vandalism caught in the act, the police services will be called immediately to make the findings. The resulting costs are at the expense of the perpetrator.

LOST ITEMS

The tenant must ensure that they do not forget any personal belongings in the house at the end of their rental period. The manager and the owner are not responsible for lost or forgotten items or late-arriving mail. Left-behind items will not be returned by mail. They can be picked up here.

ACCESS TO THE PARK USING CARD/BADGE/KEY

In case of loss or theft of the entrance cards for operation, you will be charged 25 Euros. If interventions are required outside office hours, a cash payment of 100 Euros will be charged. This also applies to the loss or theft of the house key.

FINAL CLEANING

However, the tenant is requested to leave the accommodation in a clean condition. Dirty dishes are the responsibility of the tenant, as well as the removal of all excrement and hair from pets brought along (this also applies to the garden). The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. Remove the rented bed linen (not the mattress protector) and place it on the floor in your holiday home. Waste should be placed in the appropriate waste containers, dirty sheets can be left in the accommodation (inside by the front door). Furniture and inventory should be returned to their original places. If you bring pets, we also ask you to vacuum the accommodation before leaving. If you do not comply with the above points and the accommodation is left in an inappropriate state, you will be required to pay a surcharge for extra cleaning and any damage caused. These costs will be deducted from the deposit.

DEPOSIT

The deposit must be transferred to our account at least one week before arrival. This cannot be done on-site. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure and after inspection of the property. In case of (attempted) theft, the entire deposit will be withheld immediately.

CHANGES TO BOOKING/RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION

Free cancellation is possible up to two months before arrival. Between 60 days and 30 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price will be charged. From 30 days before arrival, the full rental amount is due. Up to two months before arrival, you can reschedule once free of charge. Extras such as sheets can be reserved up to one week before arrival. Dogs can only be allowed upon request after booking.

VIOLATIONS

The manager has the right to remove persons who violate the above articles from the premises without any form of compensation.
