The beach on foot
Mid’s Park sits on the Oostendelaan, between Middelkerke and Raversijde. Behind the dunes lies the beach, literally 50 metres from your terrace. The promenade, the casino and the cafés of Middelkerke are a few minutes away. Shops and restaurants are four minutes away, Ostend ten. Prefer to leave the car at home? For those who do not know Middelkerke yet: it is a seaside resort for the whole year. In summer the promenade buzzes, in winter you walk into the wind along an empty beach. The Vita Krokodiel pool and wellness centre is close by, and for the children there is De Kegel X-treme with bowling and karting.
Three home types, each with its own garden
You choose from three types, each with a private fenced garden, a terrace and a storage room:
- Duinenhuis: 4 people, 2 bedrooms, all on one level. Compact and bright, with a green roof.
- Polderhuis: 6 people, 3 bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs, two upstairs under the pitched roof.
- Vissershuis: 6 people, 3 bedrooms, with a mezzanine upstairs. Inspired by the beach cabins of the coast.
Every home has a heat pump, solar panels, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom with walk-in shower. You choose the finishes yourself: floors, kitchen and bathroom are finished to your wishes.
Buying the way it should be: pay when you get the keys
This is what sets Mid’s Park apart from most new-build projects:
- You only pay on completion. No instalments during construction.
- Freehold. The land and the home are yours, with no leasehold and no end date.
- Letting is allowed. Enjoy it yourself whenever you like, and let it when you are not there.
